Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the website located at studiomyata.com (the "Website") or engaging the services of Studio Myata LLC ("Studio Myata", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing the Website or requesting our services you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By visiting the Website, submitting a contact form, booking a consultation or entering into any service agreement with Studio Myata, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website or our services.
These Terms apply to all users of the Website and to all clients who engage our interior design services. Additional terms may apply to specific projects and will be set out in individual service agreements.
2. Description of Services
Studio Myata provides interior design services including, but not limited to: full apartment and house design, commercial interior design (cafés, restaurants, retail spaces), office and workspace design, single-room redesign, design consultations, and interior styling. The scope, deliverables, timeline and fees for each project are defined in a written service agreement signed by both parties before work commences.
Free initial consultations are offered at our discretion and do not constitute a binding agreement to provide any paid services.
3. Intellectual Property
3.1 Website content

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify or use any part of the Website content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.
3.2 Design deliverables
Upon full payment of all fees set out in the applicable service agreement, Studio Myata grants the client a non-exclusive licence to use the design drawings, specifications and visual materials produced for their specific project. Studio Myata retains the underlying intellectual property rights in all design work, including the right to include the project in our portfolio with client approval. The client may not resell, sub-licence or use the designs for any project other than the one specified in the service agreement.
4. Client Responsibilities
To enable Studio Myata to deliver services effectively, the client agrees to:
- Provide accurate and complete information about the project, including measurements, structural constraints, budget and timeline;
- Make decisions and provide approvals in a timely manner according to the project schedule;
- Ensure access to the property at agreed times for site surveys, measurements and inspections;
- Pay invoices in accordance with the payment schedule set out in the service agreement;
- Notify Studio Myata promptly of any changes to the project scope, budget or timeline.
5. Payment Terms
Fees and payment schedules are agreed and set out in the individual service agreement. Unless otherwise stated, Studio Myata requires an advance payment before design work commences. Invoices are payable within 14 calendar days of issue. Late payments may attract interest at the statutory rate under Ukrainian law. Studio Myata reserves the right to suspend services where invoices remain unpaid beyond agreed terms.
6. Project Changes and Cancellation
Any significant change to the agreed project scope, including changes to room layouts, material specifications or project timeline, must be agreed in writing by both parties. Additional fees may apply to scope changes. If a client cancels a project after work has commenced, they remain liable for fees for work completed to the date of cancellation. Specific cancellation terms are set out in each service agreement.
