Questions about cost
What does a full interior design project cost?
Design fees depend on the scope, size and complexity of the project. We provide a detailed, fixed-price proposal after an initial consultation, so you know exactly what is included before we start. Most residential projects in Lviv range from 40,000 UAH for a single-room redesign to 250,000 UAH or more for a full apartment.
How and when do I pay?
All design fees are fixed-price and invoiced in two stages: 50% on project start and 50% on concept approval. For Turnkey projects, procurement and construction costs are handled separately and transparently, against an agreed budget you approve in advance.
Are materials and furniture included in the price?
No — quoted fees are for design and management only. Materials, furniture and construction are additional and paid against a budget we agree with you. We're transparent about every cost and about any trade discounts we can pass on.
What happens if I need more revisions than the package includes?
Each package includes a set number of revision rounds (Turnkey is unlimited). If you need more on Essentials or Full Design, additional rounds are billed at a clear, agreed hourly rate — never as a surprise.
Do you charge for the first consultation?
No. The initial 60-minute consultation — where we discuss your space, goals and budget and recommend the right package — is free and carries no obligation.
Is the price different for commercial projects?
Commercial spaces — cafés, restaurants, retail, offices, clinics — are quoted individually after a site visit, because requirements vary so widely. The same principle applies: a fixed price, agreed and explained before we begin.
