Old-Town Apartment, 78 m²
A crumbling Soviet-era flat in Lviv's historic centre was reimagined as a calm, light-filled home. Hand-plastered walls, oak joinery and custom lighting replaced four layers of wallpaper and a disconnected layout.
Our portfolio
Every project is measured not only by how it looks on completion day, but by what it continues to deliver for the people who live and work inside it. A selection of recent work across homes, hospitality and workspace.
Selected work
A crumbling Soviet-era flat in Lviv's historic centre was reimagined as a calm, light-filled home. Hand-plastered walls, oak joinery and custom lighting replaced four layers of wallpaper and a disconnected layout.
The brief was an all-day destination — equally comfortable for a morning espresso and an afternoon meeting. We designed bespoke curved banquettes, a statement copper bar and a layered lighting scheme with three moods.
A three-floor open-plan office redesigned around activity-based working — focused zones, collaborative hubs and a wellness room. Biophilic materials and circadian lighting address the screen-heavy nature of software work.
A growing family needed a layout that could flex from toddler chaos to quiet evenings. We reworked the plan around a central kitchen, added generous storage joinery and chose hard-wearing, child-friendly natural materials throughout.
A neighbourhood-rooted, material-led scheme for a small hotel — durable enough for daily turnover, distinctive enough to be the reason guests book again. Each room varies subtly within one coherent identity.
A retail showroom that needed to feel premium on a measured budget. A restrained shell, careful sightlines and a flexible lighting grid let the products lead, while bespoke display joinery anchored the brand identity.
Beyond the highlights
The projects above are a snapshot. Over the last decade we've delivered private apartments and houses, cafés and restaurants, a boutique hotel, retail and showroom spaces, offices, and — most recently — private clinics and wellness centres.
Whatever the sector, the method is the same: listen first, design with restraint, document precisely, and stay engaged until the finished space matches the drawing. Many of these projects can be visited in person — we're happy to arrange a reference for serious enquiries.
